Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked beans
  2. 2large eggs
  3. Scotch bonnets (chopped)
  4. Onion (diced)
  5. Seasoning (to taste)
  6. Spices
  7. Oil (for frying)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl; mix together beans, onion, scotch bonnets, seasoning and spices

  2. 2

    Mash the mixture

  3. 3

    Mould into small balls

  4. 4

    Beat eggs and dip balls in it. This should be done in batches

  5. 5

    Heat oil and deep fry
