Good All the Way to the Crusts! Simple Sandwich

This is a sandwich I sometimes make for my son as a snack.

Just make sure that the entire sandwich gets soaked in the egg mixture. Pan fry the toast over low heat, and finish over medium heat to get that nice golden brown color.
If you don't have ham style bacon, fry bacon strips before putting them in the sandwiches instead. Recipe by Kyoku

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 sliceSliced bread
  2. 2 sliceBacon
  3. 2 sliceSliced cheese
  4. 2 tspButter
  5. 1○Egg
  6. 50 ml○Milk
  7. 1 pinch○Krazy Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ○ ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

    On a slice of bread, lay one slice of bacon cut in half (using both halves as in the picture). Top with two slices of cheese. Add another layer of bacon. Finally, cover with a second slice of bread.

    Soak all sides of the sandwich in the ○ mixture. In a frying pan, melt the butter on low heat, then fry both sides of the sandwich. Pour the remaining ○ mixture over the sandwich and continue frying, flipping the sandwich and sopping up the remaining ○ mixture as it fries. Finally, turn the heat to medium and continue frying until both sides are golden brown.
