I wanted something to serve as an accompaniment for fry yam Stew,ketchups and fry eggs were not on my options list so I decided to create this, most of the ingredients are use for salsa recipe but I twisted it by sauteing them. For the recipe name it just popped out from my creative mind....lol

Ingredients

  1. 3:medium size fresh tomatoes 1 small onion
  2. 3medium green habanero pepper
  3. 1bouillon cube
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tbspolive oil
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. Dry whitebait(fish)
  8. Dashlemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    In a saucepan pour in the olive oil and add all the other ingredients.

    On low heat place the saucepan and stir. Allow to simmer for 2mins

  3. 3

    Correct for salt if necessary, drizzle a few drops of lemon juice on on it. Voila! Sautéed salsa is ready
