Groundnut Pap (Kunun Gyada)

A very delicious easy and, one of the healthiest pap you could think. Groundnut itself contain more than 30 essencial vitamins and minerals that are good source of fiber and good fats moreover, groundnuts have more protein than any other nuts.
It is highly recommended for children.

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl add in groundnut butter and 4cups of water blend together until smooth

Add the remaining 11cups mix well and sieve in to a pot.

Cover lid and place on a medium high heat, monitor it until starts to foam or froth

Beat it back a little 😄 stir constantly for 5mins and turn off the flame

Lastly, quickly stir in 2cups blended rice or as required depending on your desired consistency

Add your lemon juice and Tanaaaaa 😄💃💃💕 you're done

Please note that: adding sugar immidiately can alter it's consistency. Let it sit Opened for 7-10mins before adding sugar
