Marinate the paneer with turmeric and salt for 10 minutes. Then do a light fry. And keep it ready.

Now make a paste of 2 onion, garlic and ginger. Keep it ready.

The make a paste of tomatoes and red chilli. Keep it handy.

Soaked the basmati rice for half an hour. Then in a pan add ghee. Once it heat add 2 chopped onions. Then add nutmeg, start anish, cloves, jayatri and cinnamon stick. Mix well.

Now add onion, garlic and ginger paste. Then add cuming, coriander, fennel and Biryani powder. Mix well.

Then add tomato paste and salt. Mix well. Fry all for 5 minutes. Then add rice on it. Then add coconut milk and chana water.

Mix all properly. Then cover the pan and cook it on a low flame.

Once rice semi cooked add paneer on it. Then cover the pan and cook again.

Once rice cooked properly add chopped Coriander. Mix well and serve hot with raita.
