Ingredients

10 minutes
5 servings
  • Potato boiled 2,mashed
  • 1raw banana grated
  • 1onion minute sliced
  • 1green chillies minute sliced
  • 1/2 cupoats
  • 1/2 TspSaunf
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1/2 tsproasted dhaniya seeds
  • 1/2 tspRed chillies powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • Salt as per the taste
  • 2bread slices
  • 2 tsprice flour

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the oats for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Now mix mashed potato,onion,green chillies,g grated raw banana,jeera,saunf,salt,turmeric,red chillies

  3. 3

    Now add 2 teaspoons rice flour and 2 bread sliced and mix it well

  4. 4

    Now make square cutlets

  5. 5

    Heat the oil in the kadai and now drop these cutlets and turn both sides until it turn brown

  6. 6

    Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or dhaniya/pudina chutney
