Soak the oats for 10 minutes

Now mix mashed potato,onion,green chillies,g grated raw banana,jeera,saunf,salt,turmeric,red chillies

Now add 2 teaspoons rice flour and 2 bread sliced and mix it well

Now make square cutlets

Heat the oil in the kadai and now drop these cutlets and turn both sides until it turn brown

Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or dhaniya/pudina chutney
