I wanted to try something different from the normal coleslaw we usually have... So I came up with this....and Alhamdulillah it was superb in appearance and taste.

Cucumber salad is my favorite salad, and its very delicious and healthy, its simple and only few ingredients. my mom used to make the salad for me and my sisters, i will like to share this recipe and i know u will love it when u try it its, very simple and unique.

This was my first time of making this salad and I enjoyed every bit of it. It was inspired by arewa24 channel.

The carrot is usually more in carrot salad or it can be all grated carrots but I added other vegetables for pop of colour...

I wanted to eat my rice with a salad today and I don't have lettuce or cabbage to make my usual salad, I therefore quickly opt to try potato salad and guess what !! Its Yummy. #saladcontest.

I had noodles but wanted something different and since am had plenty of fresh vegetables at home, I decided to try this easy breezy noodles salad and omg it was an instant hit.
