  1. 2cucumbers
  2. 2sausages
  3. 4eggs
  4. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  5. 1 tbspyoghurt (optional)
  6. 1/2 tspvinegar
  7. Parsley flakes

    Boil your eggs and peel the shells when done and cut into small pieces in a bowl and keep aside.

    Boil the sausages in hot water for 2 minutes, drain and wash. Cut into thin slices and keep aside.

    Peel and deseed of the cucumbers, wash and dice into cubes (or any small shape).

    In a big bowl, add all your chopped ingredients. Add vinegar, mayonnaise and/or yoghurt, sprinkle parsley flakes and mix well. Enjoy as a side dish. I had mine with fried yam 😋

    NB: the salad tastes better when chilled. What I did was put my diced cucumbers in cold water and put it in the fridge, while the eggs and sausages I let them cool down and refrigerated also. When it was Iftar time I just mixed everything up, so easy ba🤤
