Ingredients

  1. Tigernuts (soaked for some hours)
  2. Coconut (diced)
  3. Cloves
  4. Dates (deseeded and soaked)
  5. Condensed milk
  6. Flavour (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend together tigernuts, cloves, coconut, dates and water

  2. 2

    Sieve and add condensed milk and flavour

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for atleast 30mins

  4. 4

    Serve!
