MJ's bread casserole
Detailed explanation.... Bon appetit 😋
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Chop bread and soak in milk, keep aside.
- 2
Break eggs, add, seasoning and spices and whisk
- 3
Chop green pepper, onions, garlic, plantain and add in the eggs and whisk well
- 4
Then add the soaked bread and whisk
- 5
You need two skillet here, one should be bigger than the other. Firstly grease the smaller skillet with butter put on moderate heat. When your pan is hot, pour your mixture,
- 6
After a min, use your spatula put under to see wether the down is done, don't worry about the upper part yet🤗.
- 7
Grease the second bigger skillet, though I used a tawa pan, anyone you have😊. Let the second pan get hot...
- 8
Place the bigger pan on top the smaller one with casserole
- 9
Like this, then turn upside down
- 10
And here we are💃🏻, and let the other side get done. Note the wisdom behind this turning with the two pan is that you can't flip with a spatula because casserole is heavy and will break into pieces unlike pancakes.
- 11
Leave for 1-2 min, check and till done. my hubby's breakfast is ready with some chai masala💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
- 12
Have a bite😅

I thought, it would be nice to have a fun bread recipe I could make for Christmas. The eyes and nose can easily fall out, so be sure to press them in firmly. It's also fun to draw the face after baking with a chocolate pen. Making the breads with your favorite filling is also delicious. Recipe by pitachan1 cookpad.japan -

Homemade Curry Bread Homemade Curry Bread
I took a recipe that I learned in a cooking class and arranged it with easier ingredient amounts and steps. Paired with steam buns, it was aimed at stay-at-home moms who have their hands full raising their children.I wanted to try coming up with a recipe for those of you without ovens or bread makers but still wanted to try making a nice side dish It's simple and delicious so please give it a try.Make sure to use fresh vegetable oil and fresh bread crumbs. Leftover breadcrumbs from frying the first time can burn, so please make sure to clean the oil out before frying the second set of bread. You can use cooled leftover curry from the day before as filling .If you refrigerate the onions after buying them, you won't cry when you cut them. Try it out! You won't need swimming goggles. For 8. Recipe by Pokuchan cookpad.japan
