Crab Stick Salad (Great for Hand-rolled Sushi)

I like crab sticks, so I substituted them for potatoes in a potato salad.

I eyeballed the amount of mayonnaise (without measuring), so adjust to taste.
The sugar is there to give it a subtle flavor. Be careful not to add too much; you only need just a little bit. Recipe by Mamikkoron

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 10 stickImitation crab sticks
  2. 1Cucumber
  3. 5 sliceHam
  4. 3 tbspMayonnaise
  5. 2 tspSugar
  6. 1 dashPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Shred the imitation crab sticks by hand. Put them directly into a bowl, to minimize the dishes you'll need to wash.

    Thinly slice the cucumber diagonally, then thinly cut them lengthwise. Cut the ham in half and also thinly cut lengthwise.

    Combine all of the ingredients.

    Add the mayonnaise. Mix everything until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper and mix one more time before serving.
