I made this light sushi rice with a slightly strong vinegar taste and some salt, so that it would go well in a hand roll.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 55 mlVinegar
  2. 2 tbspSugar (white sugar)
  3. 2 tspSalt
  4. 1000 gramsFreshly cooked rice (slightly hard)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the vinegar, sugar and salt in a deep bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds at 500 W.

    Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add the mixed vinegar to freshly cooked rice in 2 goes, and mix with a rice spatula in a cutting motion.

    Once it has cooled down a little, it's ready.
