Easy Pizza Crust

Our family prefers homemade when it comes to pizzas. We bake two pizzas and add two to four types of toppings.
The picture above shows a pizza made with homemade teriyaki chicken and sauce, and one with homemade sauce topped with wiener sausages and salami.
You can also leave the dough out to rise while creating the toppings.
The baking time will differ depending on the toppings, so adjust accordingly. Recipe by *Anna*

I don't like pizza crust that's too soft and fluffy like bread. So I thought in that case, I don't really need to bother too much about kneading and rising times. I tried out my theory, and the result was a crunchy, nutty crust that had just the right softness and was delicious, so I made it into a recipe! In the summer, just leave the dough to rise at room temperature, and it will do so while you are preparing the toppings. In the winter, use your oven's bread-rising setting or put the dough in a warm location for 10-15 minutes, which is enough. This crust is not puffy like bread, so you only need to leave it to rise for a short time. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

I wanted to make a pizza dough that I could make as soon as wanted it.If you prepare the topping ingredients before making the dough, then you don't need to deflate the dough in Step 3.You can freeze the dough. I think that kneading flour into dough is the ultimate Slow Food. When I'm leisurely kneading dough on a day off while listening to music, all my daily stress just disappears. The dough will become more delicious too.The most important thing is to knead the dough thoroughly. Please knead it well for 20 to 30 minutes while listening to music. Just be careful not to knead your iPod into the dough! The other key is to rest the dough in the refrigerator. It will become very easy to flatten out. Recipe by Koba cookpad.japan -

Easy Crispy Pizza Easy Crispy Pizza
I'm so hooked on homemade pizza. I started being lazy with it since I wanted to make the procedures more simple, and ended up with this easy recipe. These days I'm even making this on a busy weekday night.Just remember that it's 50 g of flour per serving, and the water should be half the amount of the flour Please increase the amount of ingredients according to the number of servings. When using aluminum foil, roll it up before spreading it out. This makes the foil slightly bumpy to prevent the dough from sticking (I didn't do this when I took the photo, so it was really a hassle afterwards).I advise you to use a sheet of parchment paper. I love Italian cooking and pizza! So I wanted to enjoy restaurant-quality pizza at home! This is our family's favorite pizza. It's a lot of fun to customize the crust's thickness and vary the toppings. If the dough is too wet to knead, adjust with more flour. Roll out the dough thinly for crispy Italian-style crust and leaving it thick will produce a soft skillet crust.Chill the leftover dough in the fridge to stop the yeast reaction. Use this recipe to make focaccia by topping with coarse salt and rosemary. Recipe by makkocafe cookpad.japan -

I make this with all kinds of different toppings, so I'm uploading this recipe for just the crust. When the crust is baked in Step 7, use a knife to divide the crust into portions. This will make it easier to pull apart the slices, and the toppings will look nicer too. Recipe by shihama cookpad.japan -
Crispy Pizza Dough Crispy Pizza Dough
I devised this recipe in a way that the dough will be easy to roll out.How to store the dough: After dividing the dough at Step 6, lightly coat the dough with olive oil, wrap in plastic wrap and put in a plastic bag. It will be okay for 1 to 2 days in the fridge, and about 1 week in the freezer. At time of use, knead it a little bit, let rest for 10 to 15 minutes and then roll it out. Let it defrost at room temperature. Recipe by Baketto cookpad.japan -
Oil-free Pizza Crust Oil-free Pizza Crust
I at least wanted to make the crust oil-free, since there's already lots of oil in the sauce, cheese, and toppings. It has a chewy texture like naan, so it could go well with curry too. This recipe only calls for one rising after resting at Step 2. When rolling out the dough, dust it with flour. If you want to make this into a crispy crust, roll it out thin, put toppings and toss it in the oven.Homemade pizzas are versatile, so you can have fun putting any toppings you like.
