Because I still have lots of apples that were given to me. This is quick, but delicious.

There is no bothersome procedure. Just mix, bake, and eat.

I have switched the Step 5 photo so it is easy to understand. Please do not worry if it does not look exactly the same. Mix really well and bake. Recipe by nokko.t

6 servings
  1. 1Apple
  2. 1Cinnamon
  3. 150 gramsCake flour
  4. 3 gramsBaking powder
  5. 1 gramsBaking soda (or baking powder)
  6. 120 gramsSugar
  7. 2Eggs
  8. 60 gramsButter (or margarine)
  9. 50 mlVegetable oil
  10. 1Vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Cut the apple into 4 equal pieces. Cut those in thirds, and cut again into a little thinner than 1cm wedges. Sprinkle on the cinnamon and set is aside.

  2. 2

Melt the butter and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180℃ (356 Fahrenheit).

  3. 3

In a bowl, add the cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. Stir well with a whisk.

  4. 4

Make a well in the center, and add the beaten egg, melted butter, vegetable oil, and the vanilla extract, and mix.

  5. 5

The batter should look like this. Don't worry if it does not look exactly the same.

  6. 6

Pour the batter into the cake pan, top it with the apple and press the top gently. Put it in the oven and bake it for 45-50 minutes.

  7. 7

Once it is done, place a paper towel over it.

  8. 8

And place the cookie sheet that you used to make the cake on top, and let it cool down.

  9. 9

    Enjoy.
