Quick, Easy, Delicious Apple Cake

Because I still have lots of apples that were given to me. This is quick, but delicious.
There is no bothersome procedure. Just mix, bake, and eat.
I have switched the Step 5 photo so it is easy to understand. Please do not worry if it does not look exactly the same. Mix really well and bake. Recipe by nokko.t

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the apple into 4 equal pieces. Cut those in thirds, and cut again into a little thinner than 1cm wedges. Sprinkle on the cinnamon and set is aside.
- 2
Melt the butter and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180℃ (356 Fahrenheit).
- 3
In a bowl, add the cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. Stir well with a whisk.
- 4
Make a well in the center, and add the beaten egg, melted butter, vegetable oil, and the vanilla extract, and mix.
- 5
The batter should look like this. Don't worry if it does not look exactly the same.
- 6
Pour the batter into the cake pan, top it with the apple and press the top gently. Put it in the oven and bake it for 45-50 minutes.
- 7
Once it is done, place a paper towel over it.
- 8
And place the cookie sheet that you used to make the cake on top, and let it cool down.
- 9
Enjoy.

Easy Apple Cake Easy Apple Cake
I thought maybe since there are so many apples in this cake, it is low in calories and so it often has been featured as a snack at my house. This recipe uses a relatively modest amount of sugar, so don't reduce it further.Adding just the cinnamon is tasty, but I like to bake this cake with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg and ginger. In this case cinnamon should be the main spice and a single sprinkle of the other spices is enough.Serving with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream makes this cake even more delicious! For 18 x 18 cm [7.1 x 7.1 in] cake. Recipe by spitze cookpad.japan -

This is a variation on a recipe I once copied from some printed source. It's a family favorite that I've been making since high school.Keep whipping the eggs until pale and thick. The batter is light enough to rise even without baking powder. You can use vegetable oil instead of olive oil, but it tastes better with olive oil.Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on the apples if you prefer. Easy Apple Cake with 15 Minute Prep Easy Apple Cake with 15 Minute Prep
I adopted the "apple kuchen" recipe from a book that came with my oven, and made my original less sweet and lower calorie recipe by reducing the amount of sugar and oil.-If you want to avoid sifting the flour, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir it with a whisk!-At Step 7, you may feel like there is not enough batter for a 18-cm size pan, but do not worry, it will rise and will be just fine.-If it looks like the cake may burn while baking, cover it with a piece of aluminum foil. Easy-as-pie Apple Cake Easy-as-pie Apple Cake
As Melissa Clark, from The New York Times, points out, the name of this cake is somewhat deceiving, since most apple cakes are easier than pie (which is actually never that easy if you're making it from scratch). In any case, it's a simple, excellent cake with a tender crumb, subtle spicing and soft pockets of fruit. Serve it plain, or with a dollop of ice cream, whipped cream or crème fraîche. Ricardo -
One Bowl Apple Cake One Bowl Apple Cake
I wanted to make a cake that didn't need butter and after much trial and error, I finally settled to this. It's quite simple. If you complete Step 2 without messing up, I don't think you will have any problems. The sweetness depends on the apples, but if you have a sweet tooth, increase the sugar to 100g .I used a chiffon cake mold because I thought it might rise a lot, but I've also tried out a normal cake mold and a pound cake mold and both were fine. If using a different shaped mold, adjust the baking time accordingly. Recipe by 1630412 cookpad.japan -
