I made strawberry smoothie with almond milk and banana and some flax seeds powder. I haven't use Yoghurt in this smoothie. As I am in Kathmandu now and the temperature is 18℃ now, preferred to skip 'Thandai'. Flax seeds give smoothie a nutrient punch.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupstrawberries
  2. 1/2ripe banana
  3. 1 tsproasted flax seeds powder
  4. 1/3 cupalmond/badam milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a blender jar add badam milk first, then chopped strawberries, banana and flax seeds.

    Blend until smooth. Serve adding a pinch of black salt.
