Blend the yogurt, almonds, and banana with a hand blender until smooth.
Note: If you really love beautiful, healthy smoothie bowls like this, and especially if you're committed to eating clean, you should get yourself a hand blender. It's very compact, convenient, and portable. I bought mine on Shopee for over 300k, it's a domestic Chinese product, and it works great. - 2
Pour the base into a bowl. I use a coconut shell bowl for my breakfast because I like to keep it free from any oils or fats.
Then, cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces and layer them on top as a topping. Add granola and chia seeds.
And there you have a delicious and filling smoothie bowl that's also very light on the stomach. If you eat like this for a month, you'll notice a difference in your body.
