Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1tspn yeast
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, add the flour, yeast and sugar, mix until well combined then add small water and mix until becomes a dough

  2. 2

    Cover and leave to rises for about 20mins

  3. 3

    Bring it out and press the dough to remove Air bubbles

  4. 4

    Place a pan on fire with oil, when hot, scoop the batter gently into the oil and fry both side's until becomes golden brown.

  5. 5

    Remove from oil and drain.
