  2. Onion
  3. Seasoning
  4. Oil
  5. Scotch bonnet
  6. Egg

    Cut your yam per boiled it

    Then blend you scotch bonnet,cut onions add inside the yam

  3. 3

    Blend all together again add you seasonings mix well kept aside

  4. 4

    Break you eggs add small amount of salt and maggi Inside

  5. 5

    Take your yam dough make it a ball put inside the egg, remove and fry it.....you're done

  6. 6
