Yam porrage is very delicious.
Cooking Instructions

Cut yam in little pieces wash and put in a pot, add your crayfish, pepper, Maggie, salt and your dryfish then add the quantity of of water enough to cook the yam add your oil and place on the fire.

As the yam is becoming soft stir it so it can be thick. Taste for salt and crayfish if it's okay. If yam is okay pour your cut vegetable stir and put dowm. It's ready to eat.
