Cooking Instructions

Peel and wash the yam, put it on pot,add salt and set on fire to cook, remove the yam from the water and mash it

Wash and crush the bonnet and onion the add it to the mashed yam
- 3
Add seasonings curry and mix until well combined then mould it round ball shape and keep aside
- 4
Set a Pan on fire with oil, whisk eggs and scoop the yam balls into it and coat, put it gently in oil and fry both side's until becomes golden brown.

Remove from oil and drain.
