Ingredients

  1. Diced yam
  2. Diced meat
  3. Dry Shrimp
  4. 1large sliced onion
  5. Pinchgarlic
  6. Black pepper
  7. Atarugu (scotch bonet)
  8. 3 cupstomatoe juice
  9. Red oil
  10. Ugu leave
  11. Pinchsalt
  12. Seasonings
  13. 1tomato chopped
  14. 1 tbsgranded cray fish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot, add oil and onions place meat, garlic, atarugu, black pepper, tomatoes sauce and seasoning, add enough water to Cook until tender.

  2. 2

    Add the diced yam and dry shrimp in to the cook meat and add more water if necessary.

  3. 3

    Cook until fully soft, add cray fish vegetables and stir cover to simmer for 5 more minutes. Serve and enjoy
