Ingredients

  1. 250 gyam
  2. 70 gglutinous rice flour
  3. 70 gtapioca flour
  4. 4 tbspsugar
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. Adequate water
  7. Adequate oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut 250 g yam into slices.
    Steam and mash it.

  2. 2

    Add in 4 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp salt to mix well.

  3. 3

    Add in 70 g glutinous rice flour and 70 g tapioca flour.

  4. 4

    Add in adequate oil to mix well and add adequate water if it's too dry.

  5. 5

    Knead briefly until it forms a dough.
    Divide the dough into small portions and roll into balls.

  6. 6

    Heat oil, put in the small portions and deep-fry until golden brown.
