Ingredients

Less than 10 mins

2 servings

1large chicken breast skinless
1 sliceham (I use honey toasted but you can use any)
100 gr Cedar cheese (or any semi hard cheese)
2 rashers of bacon
1 knobbutter
1/2teaspoon
Paprika
Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Slice the breast nearly in half but not all the way (the skin removed but that side down) - then I put a plastic bag over and hit with food mallet (not to hard it’s not a steak) until about 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with salt pepper and paprika

Place a slice of ham on top and then the cheese in the middle with a little butter

Roll the chicken a tight as possible to make a nice little bundle.

Wrap in the bacon and put into an oven / microwave safe disk - drizzle with olive oil and cover with clingfilm.

Put into Microwave on medium for 3 mins. Then high for 1 min. I quickly put under a preheated frill to brown the top (remove clingfilm first !!!)

Slice and serve with the juices
