Ingredients

  1. 2 slicesBread per person
  2. To taste:
  3. Cream cheese/ any heavy cream
  4. Chopped Tomatoes
  5. Chopped capsicum
  6. Chopped onions
  7. Chopped cilantro
  8. Salt
  9. Butter

Cooking Instructions

    In a vessel add all the chopped veggies along with cream cheese and mix it well also by adding salt (as per taste) and cilantro. Then spread the marination on bread slices and keep it aside.

    In a pan grease butter then start toasting the bread slices till the veggies are cooked.

    Once it’s ready to be served you can eat it along with ketchup or any dips of your choice.
