Ingredients

  1. 1Organic Cucumbers
  2. 1 tbspOrganic Rice Vinegar
  3. 1 tbspOrganic Garlic Olive Oil
  4. 2 clovesminced garlic
  5. 1cup. Organic Greek yogurt
  6. 1 tspPink Himalayan salt
  7. 1/4 tspOrganic lack pepper
  8. 1 tbspdill

Cooking Instructions

    Remove seeds out of the cucumber. Cut the cucumber into bite sizes and put them into a food processor

    Drain the liquid. Use cheesecloth and squeeze dry. Set aside

  3. 3

    Place cucumber back in a mixing bowl with rive vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Greek yogurt, drill, salt, and pepper. Mix well

  4. 4

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
