  1. 6 piecesBoneless Chicken breasts/thighs
  2. 2 clovesGarlic
  3. 1 tablespoonMinced Ginger
  4. 1 tablespoonHoney
  5. 1/2 teaspoonAllspice
  6. 2 tablespoonsLime Juice
  7. 1/2 teaspoonCinnamon
  8. 1/2 teaspoonThyme
  9. 1 teaspoonRed Pepper Flakes
  10. 1/4 cupEVOO
  11. 2Sliced Peaches
  12. 2Bell Pepper
  13. 1Red Onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice chicken, veggies and fruit into kabob size pieces

  2. 2

    Mix all spices, oil and lime juice together. Reserve 1/4 of mixture. Pour rest over chicken in ziplock bag and marinade at least 1 hour.

    Thread chicken, onion, pepper, and peaches on 8 skewers
    Grill 12-15 mins turning occasionally and brush with reserved marinade.
