Miso Udon Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 ozmiso paste
  2. 6-7 cupswater
  3. 4-6shiitaki mushrooms
  4. 1udon noodle block, cooked
  5. 1tofu block, cooked + cubed
  6. 1nori sheet, strips
  7. spring onions, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot, whisk miso and water together and bring to a boil. Add shiitaki mushrooms and tofu.

    Divide cooked udon into bowls. Pour in soup. Garnish with nori and green onions.
