Cooking Instructions

Wash the clams, and boil them a few minutes until they open up. Throw out any clams that didn't open. Prepare the sauce ingredients.

Add olive oil, shredded parmigiana and white wine and rest of the sauce ingredients on a pan. Meanwhile, prepare linguine. Add the clams at the very last minute into the sauce. I like taking most of the clams out of their shell, and just leaving a couple shells for decoration 🐚

Serve immediately.
