Pork Chop With Onion Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 2Pork Chop
  2. 1 cupready to used black pepper sauce
  3. 100 mlwater with 1 tsp Anchovies granules
  4. 1large Onion
  5. Salt and black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Season the pork Chop With salt and black pepper then with oil and 1 tbsp butter pan fry it for 4 to 5 minutes on both side

  2. 2

    Use a knife poke thru both side and pan fry for another 1 to 2 minutes both side (or longer depending on the thickness of the pork Chop) until you don't see anymore pink juice, removed and set aside to rest

    With the balance of the oil about 4 to 5 tbsp stir fry the onion then add in the black pepper sauce and stock water and let it simmer for 2 minutes then off heat, let it rest then enjoy
