  2. 1 2/3 cupsred berry jam (about 400 grams)
  3. 3 tablespoonsdried or fresh cranberries
  4. Ground cinnamon
  5. Dried beans

Cooking Instructions

    Place the pie crust in a tart pan lined with parchment paper. Cover the bottom with a round of parchment paper and place dried beans on top.

    Bake the crust at 350 °F (180 °C) for about 25 minutes, then remove it from the oven, discard the beans, and cover it with the jam. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for another 15 minutes. Top with dried or fresh cranberries and serve cold for breakfast.
