  2. To taste Salt and pepper
  3. 1table spoon Flour
  4. 1table spoon Olive oil
  5. 15 gButter
  6. 1table spoon Lemon juice
  7. 2slices Lemon 🍋
  8. 1tea spoon Soy sauce

Cara Memasak

    Season salmon fillet with salt and pepper and coat with flour.

    Heat olive oil and butter together in a frying pan, start cooking the salmon skin side up under a medium heat. Once the skin gets crispy, turn over the fillet and cook under low heat.

    Remove the salmon and place them on plates. Now we make a sauce. Add lemon juice and soy sauce in a pan and simmer for a minute.

    Pour the sauce on salmon fillet and decorate with slices of lemon. Ready to eat!
