This one is by far the best I have made yet!Makes 1 16oz Smoothie*The Nutmeal Mixture is something I made for that extra goodness punch.It is:1/2cup Roasted Cashews (No salt)1/2cup Walnut halves & Pieces1/2cup Whole Natural Almonds1/2cup Steel Cut OatsBlend all ingredients (it will cake up so it takes a few tries)This makes 2 cups of the mixture and I add 1/4cup to the smoothie after all other ingredients are blended and reblend together.*Tip- Pre-portion fruit and veggie ingredients in freezer bags and store in freezer for quicker breakfasts CookingWithCuda -

It also provides calcium, magnesium, and iron, and, above all, it's delicious. Also, it's a healthy treat for the kids. When I turn on the switch, my kids line up with their glasses in hand. You'll get addicted to this.It's fine if either the banana or blueberries are frozen. If they're both frozen, you'll get an icy cold smoothie. All you have to do is mix it in your blender!This amazing drink will prevent summer fatigue! Could it be the anti-oxidizing properties of the anthocyanin in the blueberries?
