Stir Fry Sliced Fish with Ginger and Spring Onion
Cooking Instructions

Marinate fish with marinating ingredients for 15 min.

Heat up a pan of water. Blanch the marinated fillet with the blanching ingredients when water has boiled.

Remove fish when its cooked. About 3-5 min.

Heat 1tbsp oil on a pan, add sliced ginger and stir until fragrant.

Add minced garlic and stirfry.
- 6
Add 1 cup of water and stirfry ingredients.
- 7
Once sauce has slightly thickened, fish is ready to be served.
