Ingredients

  1. All-purpose flour
  2. Hot water
  3. Sugar
  4. Salt
  5. C.oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix the flour, salt, and sugar.

  2. 2

    Add hot water in bits as you mix until you achieve a soft non sticky dough.

  3. 3

    Add some oil as you knead.

  4. 4

    Cover the dough and let it sit for 3 0 mins to 1 hr.

  5. 5

    Role the whole dough and apply some oil.

  6. 6

    Make small balls.

  7. 7

    Cover with a wet kitchen towel.

  8. 8

    Roll and cook.
