Cooking Instructions

Sieve the flour salt bicarbonate of soda baking powder together

Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl and beat the egg one at a the same time
- 3
Blend in the banana and stir in the flour mixture
- 4
Pour into a grease pan bread tin bake in a preheated oven until cooked
- 5
Using a toothpick if it’s cooked take bread out of the oven and allow to stand for 10mins
- 6
Before placing in a rack to cook
- 7
Serve slice of banana with chilled drink
