Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F and use a bit of butter to grease a mini loaf pan.

In a bowl, sift the flour, sugar and soda powder, and mix until the ingredients thoroughly combined.

Add in the butter, and whisk until the mixtures show some kind of crumble shape.

Pour in the mashed banana, egg and vanilla essence into the bowl and then whisk them until all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients are combined well.

Pour in the batter into the prepared mini loaf pan and bake it for approximately 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Let the bread cool for a while and then take it out from the mini loaf pan.

Serve and enjoy!
