Cooking Instructions

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Beat well.

Add vanilla, sour milk and nuts.
- 3
Sift flour with baking powder, soda and salt.
- 4
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with mashed bananas. Beat until smooth.
- 5
Pour in greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- 6
Bake at 350°F. for 45 to 60 minutes

First Attempt: Went well. I will probably add more vanilla and butter to the next batch.Second Attempt: Better. Added extra vanilla and butter. Decided to try brown sugar and liked the results.Third Attempt: Reduced oil and added sour cream for moisture. Great results! Cooked these for 30 minutes in muffin pans. Jarrod Milstead -
