Ingredients

4 persons
  1. 500 gramsCauliflower
  2. For marination
  3. 2 tablespoonsyoghurt
  4. 1 teaspoontandoori masala
  5. 1 teaspoonKashmiri Red Chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. Very little turmeric powder
  9. Pinchred food color (optional)
  10. 1 teaspoonginger and garlic paste
  11. as neededOil for frying
  12. Somechat masala for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and wash cauliflower into florets. And steam them for 3 to 4 mins. Dont over steam them otherwise it will break. We just have to remove its rawness.

    Take a bowl and put all the ingredients for marination and mix well. Add Cauliflower into it and let it marinate for 30 mins.

    Keep the oil for frying and fry Cauliflower in batches. Dont overcrowd the Kadai otherwise it will stick to it. Also, let it fry from one side completely.

    Take out in tissue paper and sprinkle chat masala.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with some chat masala and serve it to your loved ones with chutney of your choice.
