Ingredients

  1. For blanched the cauliflower
  2. 1medium size cauliflower
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 3green cardamom
  6. 1black cardamom
  7. 1small cinnamon
  8. 3cloves
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspghee
  11. For chutney
  12. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  13. 1/2 bunchmint leaves
  14. 2green chillies
  15. 2garlic cloves
  16. 1small ginger
  17. 1 tbspsattu
  18. For marination
  19. 1 cupcurd
  20. 1 tspturmeric powder
  21. to tastesalt and Kashmiri red chilli powder
  22. 1 tsptandoori masala
  23. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  24. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  25. 1 tspKasuri methi
  26. For gravy
  27. 3medium size onions
  28. 4tomatoes
  29. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  30. 12cashews
  31. 3green cardamom
  32. 3cloves
  33. 1cinnamon sticks
  34. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  35. 2bay leaves
  36. 3 tspbutter
  37. 1/4 cupoil
  38. 2 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  39. 1 tspcoriander powder
  40. 1 tspcumin powder
  41. 1 tspturmeric powder
  42. 2 tsproasted crushed kasoori methi
  43. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  44. 2-3 tspfresh cream
  45. to tastesalt
  46. 1 tsphoney

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan,put butter and oil then add the whole garam masala and cumin seeds when it starts crackle

    Add onion paste, ginger and garlic paste sauté it then add turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Now add all the dry spices, mix it

  4. 4

    Now add curd, cashew nut paste cooked it, once done cool it down then blend it then strain the mixture

  5. 5

    Now add this mixture to the blanched cauliflower and put the green chutney at the bottom of the steam now bake it at a preheated oven until golden brown, then serve this with makhani gravy..
