  1. 1thumb size fresh ginger
  2. 3Lemon
  3. Sugar
  4. Ginger flavour

    Wash the ginger & cut into small pieces. Peel the back of the lemon.

  2. 2

    Add them into a blender and blend (I prefer peeling the back of the lemon & blend it instead of squeezing to get the lemon juice)

  3. 3

    Sieve and remove the chaff.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and ginger flavor. Serve chilled😋
