Heat the oil, add in small cut potatoes and stir fry them.

Take out potatoes and in the same oil add jeera, hing, and finely chopped methi and stir it, put the lid and leave it on simmer flame till methi gets soft
Take out the lid, check methi if it is done, then add masala, and salt to taste. - 3
Stir it for 2-3 minutes, add potatoes and put the lid
Simmer the flame, and keep for another 4-5 minutes. - 4
Once it is done, sprinkle kasoori methi duly roasted and crushed.

Garnish it with hara dhaniya.

Be sure that methi ahould have its amell so as not to overcook.
