Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1 cupregular sugar
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. Dessicated coconut
  5. 250garam (1 sima's butter)
  6. 1tbsp vanilla essence
  7. 1 1/2 cupclean seedless soft dates
  8. 1/2chocolate chips
  9. 1tbsp baking powder
  10. 4eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Arrange all ingredients
    Sieve flour to a clean bowl, add baking powder, sugar, salt mix well

  2. 2

    Add in butter with 2 egg mix properly to join, gradually add water bit by bit to form soft dough (careful not sticky nor hard) cover for few minutes (it's a choice)

    Break two egg (remain) to a bowl, pour dessicated coconut in a plate, get d seedless dates side by side

  4. 4

    Cut bit of dough in oiled palm, flatten it, put half side of date in the middle add chocolate chips (as desired) cover the date with d second half and mold the dough neatly to form the shape(without cracks or openings)

    Dip the dough in egg remove and put in dessicated coconut (to coat) then set on baking tray

  6. 6

    Continue same process till dough finish

  7. 7

    Preheat oven and bake (till you sure it's done)

  8. 8

    Enjoy
