We were really craving some comfort food, so I quickly made these beauties and enjoyed with a tall glass of warm milk, while my Butterscotch of a son had his with some really yummy ice cream. The aroma, the texture and the taste was simply yum made in cookies heaven. So am here to share my easy breezy method chocolate chip cookies. Enjoy.😂🍦🥛

Ingredients

25mins
  1. 3 cupsself raising flour
  2. 125 gbutter
  3. 1 cuplight brown soft sugar
  4. 1 cupregular sugar
  5. 2eggs lightly beaten
  6. 200 gsemi sweet chocolate chip
  7. I/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 1 teaspooncinnamon
  9. 1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
  10. 1 teaspoonbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Pretty heat your oven to get it ready for cookies.

    Cream butter and regular sugar, once it's light and fluffy, add in the soft brown sugar, combine the eggs, vanilla extract and whisk in with the sugar.

    Sift flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder pour into the mixture, gradually and mix in well.

    Lastly, add in the semi sweet chocolate chips into the mixture and make it goes well in.

    Using an ice cream scoop, you can use your hand to hold it roundly and place some small size onto a grease buttered baking tray or paper and bake in moderate heat for 10-15mins

    Or you can bake till they are golden brown on the edges. Remove from heat, place on a baking rack to cool and enjoy...

    These cookies are simply divine, so don't enjoy alone invite your friends, kids and neighbours to enjoy with you...
