Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies
These cookies are soft and chewy but still have that cookie 'crisp' you expect and they stay that way! I always remove my cookies around 8 minutes and press the tops down with a spoon! Keeps them from being too puffy.Tip: make sure the egg is at room temperature, it makes a difference! I always set mine out when I lay my butter out to sit hbrookie -
Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookies Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookies
I was told by someone that they wanted to eat Valentine's cookies, so I figured I would give it a try. These will become closer to Auntie Stella's ( a cookie store in Japan) cookies by spreading th dough out thinly. Some light-colored bits might remain with only 12 minutes. The light-colored bits will have a crispy but soft texture. These will become crispy if they turn brown. These cookies are crispy when made thick, and crunchy when made thin. Chocolate Chip Cookies Chocolate Chip Cookies
I decided to make chocolate chip cookies once and used the first recipe Google threw at me. It turned out to be the best chocolate chip cookies I'd ever had. They are very soft and moist. I would compare them to Subway cookies but not as flat.I kept making these often-requested cookies for a few years for all of my friends and family but then disaster struck! The recipe was removed from the app!Fortunately I had previously emailed the recipe to someone so now I'm re-posting this recipe for everyone to enjoy. Daniel Wagner -

It makes 3 or 4 batches of cookies, so the whole recipe takes like 3 hours, but you can just make one batch and put the remaining batter in the freezer for another day :)I also switch the recipe a lot, for example I used lemon zest and juice instead of chocolate, or cocoa and white chocolate, or dates and raisins and nuts.and
