  1. 4eggs
  2. 1little bit of Butter
  3. 3small Bell peppers
  4. 3small Scotch bonnets
  5. 1sausage
  6. Halftin of sardines
  7. Garlic salt to taste
  8. Mozzarella Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Break the eggs into a bowl

  2. 2

    Dice the peppers, and sausage and add to the eggs. Also add the sardines and salt.

    Beat up everything together.

  4. 4

    Heat up your pan. Add the butter and heat it. Then pour your mixture in and cover for some seconds.

    Grate the cheese onto the eggs. Cover and let cook a bit.

  6. 6

    I like my eggs to brown a bit. But you cook to how you want it. Served with a cup of coffee.
