  1. 2lbs. Fresh tomatoes, cherry, heirloom, or any homegrown
  2. 1large english cucumber or any homegrown cucumber
  3. 3/4 cuplow sodium V8 juice/can use water but adds flavor
  4. 1red pepper
  5. 1-2large cloves of fresh garlic
  6. 2 Tbspolive oil
  7. 2 Tbspred wine vinegar
  8. Fresh basil, croutons, small chopped veggies, corn

    Rough chop all vegetables. Be sure to wash cucumber well and peel some of the skin off or all. Add 3/4 cup V8. Add all to a good blender or food processor. Mix
