Ingredients

  1. Bread(fresh or stale)

Cooking Instructions

    For fresh bread, tear bread into pieces and blend in a blender till fine texture, place a baking sheet on a baking pan and pour the bread and bake for 5 minutes or till crisp. Done. Use immediately or store in an airtight container and refrigerate.

    Or you can toast or grill the fresh bread on your pan or toaster till the bread is a little brown and crispy then blend till crumbs. Use immediately or refrigerate.

    For stale bread (you can leave your fresh bread out to dry to make stale bread), in a blender, tear stale bread into pieces and blend. (you can you traditional mortar and pestle to grind stale bread). You can sieve out the larger crumbs if you prefer fine crumbs. Enjoy 😍
