Ingredients

  1. 120 goat flour
  2. 240 mlorganic protein shake no sugar added (vanilla flavor)
  3. 1large egg

Cooking Instructions

    Mix egg and protein shake in a bowl then add flour gradually till the mixture getting thick a bit

  2. 2

    Pour the mixture with a ladle into a lightly greased pan with some butter over a moderate heat and repeat the same stage knowing that the layers should be thin
