  1. 1banana
  2. 1 1/2 cupblueberries, fresh or frozen
  3. 1/2 cupsliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
  4. 1/2 cuplow-fat milk
  5. 1 cupbaby spinach leaves, loosely packed

    Put ingredients in order listed into blender and puree.

    Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place in freezer. Let it set for 5 hours or overnight. Then enjoy!

I love to bake. I recently purchased a Nutri Ninja Blender and a KitchenAid stand mixer. Trying to balance sweets and healthy smoothies and other concoctions I can make with my blender. :)
