Ingredients

  1. 1 cupper boiled🍚 rice
  2. Sliced onion
  3. Bonnet per taste
  4. Seasoning per taste
  5. Olive Oil
  6. Small amount of water
  7. Sliceonion
  8. Bell pepper
  9. Paprika
  10. Coriander powder
  11. Black pepper
  12. Mashed garlic
  13. Mashed ginger

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot, hit oil in medium flame

  2. 2

    Add ginger to it, stir

  3. 3

    Add garlic, saute for 1min

  4. 4

    Add okro saute for 3 min,stir

  5. 5

    Add pepper, salt, seasoning, coriander powder, black pepper, paprika and give it a stir. Saute for 2 to 3min.

  6. 6

    Add the rice cover it with lead paper and steamer it for 10 to 5 min and then serve
